The lodge was a delight, the hosts very kindly gave us an upgrade as we arrived on motorbikes so there was a wood fired hot tub. Everything was perfect including a huge comfy bed, a superb view from the deck, lovely decor etc etc If we are ever here again we would defo stay here.

Everything. The place is beautiful, very comfortable. The apartment has everything you need AND more. Amazing location, just next to the beach with beautiful views. Ruth (host) is super friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back again!

Friendly reception. Easy check in. Lovely room with attractive balcony with hillside view. Clean. Nice shower. Comfortable bed. A short walk into town. They offered us secure parking (although safe anyway).

We had a truly wonderful stay at Lodge on the Lake. The place is absolutely stunning — the house is beautifully designed, peaceful, and surrounded by nature with breathtaking views. The view was spectacular and the sound of the sea waves was soothing. The linen was pure white no stains and fresh new white towels. Tsitsi the caretaker- a humble , caring and very friendly lady, who made us feel at at home and comfortable.

I enjoyed everything. It was absolutely amazing. Elsabe and Dawie are a wonderful couple/hosts. You feel from the very first minute welcomed. The building is not just located in a fantastic location with the ocean right in front of you but is in itself such a beautiful house. On top the breakfast was a real pleasure. I can absolutely recommend this lovely place!
