The location is perfect, its a very classic, wonderful resort sandwiched between Hills and the Atlantic Ocean. Everything is unique and custom-made. The property owner also got out of their way to organise a shuttle for us from the Airport with their trusted transportation partner to our accommodation venue.

Beautiful location. Cabin was amazing. It was very, very hot and no aircons - but when we enquired, we were provided with a lovely fan the next day. Host was very accommodating and even provided 2 pin plugs that we needed as one room light wasn't working. Beds were large and comfortable. Spacious bathrooms, although one is downstairs. The cabin has everything that you could need for a comfortable stay.

Our suite, but also the entire building, are very elegant and modern designed to the smallest detail. The rooms are very high and bright, sunlight floods through the entire building. Our room had a balcony with a view of the sea. The bathroom is luxuriously equipped with two sinks, a bathtub, a shower. At breakfast there is coffee (you can reorder), a freshly squeezed orange juice (!), and three courses: first fresh fruit with yogurt and granola or cereal, then cheese variations, salami, ham, fresh warm bread, and as a third course a choice of five differently prepared hot dishes. We started the day happy and very full. The residential area is very pleasant, safe and prosperous. The beds are extremely comfortable, we slept excellently. There are different cushion sizes, which was very important to us. Bathrobe and fresh, unused slippers are provided. A really cheap laundry service for clothes is also offered. The hosts, Ron and Philipp, are very warm, welcoming and always available with tips. They also offer assistance, such as making table reservations, and generally have a good sense of recommendations when it comes to sightseeing. Ron also picked us up from a whinetasting by car, as we did not want to drive ourselves for safety reasons. They managed to make us feel not only as guests, but as friends.

The owners of the guesthouse were kind and accommodating. They asked us if we needed something from the shop when they went there to buy some things. When we required accessible rooms in the booking process, they contacted us and sent us some videos to make sure their accommodation was OK for us. The toilet and the shower/bathtub could be challenging for some wheelchair users but it worked for us. The rooms were beautiful, spacious and clean, with large windows that offered us stunning views. The whole facility has the aura of tranquility. If we stayed in the area for longer time, we would like to spend a day just at the guesthouse relaxing and enjoying the views. If you are there by car (which is the only option, I would say), Betty's Bay penguins are really close. The hosts told us about some other wheelchair accessible attractions, for example the Harold Porter Botanical Garden.
