This was a perfect place for me. I had just arrived in Vietnam from India. Everything in the room had what I needed. A comfy bed, clean bathroom with good smells, good lighting, a nice modern and new interior. There is a rooftop to do yoga or just have your coffee and tea. The housekeeper is more than happy to make you feel comfortable and get what you need. He even offered to do my laundry. What a plus that was. Thank you! The owner speaks good English and willing to accommodate whatever you may need. The owner is also a designer, so be sure to ask to visit his store in the main part of town. The best part staying here was getting to stay in a local neighborhood with no tourists and yet you are only a 15 min walk to main attractions. There are restaurants galore within a ½ mile. And if you are a vegetarian, you will be in heaven. I would stay here again. A homestay is really about the people who run it. This is a good homestay. Thank you! Cheers!

Cool neighbourhood with loads of eateries, cafes, and great access to nice walks by the river. Beds were really comfy, and nice balcony. We appreciated little touches like bottles of filtered water in the fridge for our arrival. Good communication from the owner.

Staffs are fantastic. We asked them to tell us where we can find the printer, they actually told us to hop on their bike. It was a very interesting experience. Overall, I like the place too, there are Pho across the street and Bubble tea next to the place. They also have an elevator.

Amazing little apartment! It has everything you need, from a big bathroom with a powerful shower, little kitchenette with all utensils and a very comfy bed! The host even had a scale we could borrow when asked which was very helpful! About 15-20min walk to the palace/museum.
