Room was large and clean and the bed was very comfortable. I loved the neighbourhood, it was close to the airport but still in a lovely area with lots to do and see. Host was extremely helpful with some stressful baggage loss issues on my flight to HCM. I would definitely stay here again. Good to get a little out of the busy district 1.

My favourite stay in saigon. Location was great and the room was so homey and comfortable. It was very well thought out and i loved how there was shampoo conditioner and body wash as well as books! Loved how it was so close to many eats and food spots. Host was very responsive too.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Maison Royale. The owner and his family are really nice and they create a very friendly atmosphere at their place. The room was clean and nice, and since we were staying longer it was also cleaned in the meantime. It had an AC and fridge which were great to find a respite from the hot weather outside. There were also some dishes we could use and a kettle. Location is also a huge bonus. It is close enough to the city centre to feel convenient for sightseeing there, while being far enough to be less tourist-centric. On the opposite side of the street there is a great pho place and also there is a big, local market 15 min away by foot. Would highly recommend for a stay in HCMC!

Amazing little apartment! It has everything you need, from a big bathroom with a powerful shower, little kitchenette with all utensils and a very comfy bed! The host even had a scale we could borrow when asked which was very helpful! About 15-20min walk to the palace/museum.

The property was very nice and clean when we arrived. It is also well decorated and spacious for the three of us. I liked how the room had a projector we could use, it was a nice touch. Perfect for a short stay in HCM. The host was also very communicative and kind!
