We arrived early in the morning and everyone was still asleep, but they quickly came and we arranged everything. The whole family running the place is very kind and friendly, the location and the ambient are extremely beautiful. The breakfast is good the coffee is a must try, also the traditional Hmong dinner. We went on the bamboo trek with a local guide who gave us a lot of info regarding their culture, rice fields and production, history, etc. (Be sure to bring quality hiking/trekking shoes, sunscreen and mosquito repellent). Overall it was a very unique and nice experience. Would highly recommend.

Susu's family was very welcoming. We also joined the family dinner once and helped with cooking to learn how to prepare the dishes. Both breakfast and dinner were great. Susu also shared the culture of the hmong people with us which was very interesting.

Highly recommended doing the Hometrek Mie and team reply promptly for queries prior purchase on Klook. She tried to make the best arrangements for our big group and accommodated to our request for hotel upgrade at our additional expenses. Lunch, dinner and transportation were still provided by their homestay. They provided great support and were very welcoming. Package is inclusive of lots of trekking. I recommend elderly or people who are not that fit to inform tour guide beforehand and not do the trekking as some are really challenging and not suitable for elderly. Fret not, the tour guide would be able to make alternative arrangement for you to wait for the rest of the group if you do not trek. I would choose this tour package again if I were to visit Sapa in future. It’s a very nice place. Thank you for this tour package!

It was a clean, comfortable room with heating, which was essential at this time of year. The staff were friendly and helpful. I arrived from Hanoi very early, before 4 a.m., and the place was open, so I was able to rest in the lobby before check-in. After check-out on my last day, I had a late overnight bus back to Hanoi. I spent the day in Sa Pa before departure, and before leaving, the host kindly offered me the use of a shower!

Everything was absolutely perfect! Definitely one of the best places we’ve stayed at in Vietnam. The room was incredibly comfortable, with breathtaking views and food at the property was also great.
