When we visited it was very quiet and our host was very helpful and accommodating. We were upgraded to a hut/shack overlooking the lake that had stunning views from the upstairs veranda. We booked our tour through them and they were really helpful. Overall a good stay here with friendly staff.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Orient Homestay in Phong Nha! The owner was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to make our experience comfortable and memorable. She recommended great places to visit in the area and offered us a motorbike for rent at an unbelievably reasonable price (70k for 2/3 of the day). What truly touched us was her kindness and hospitality. After we checked out, she allowed our baby to take a nap while we waited for the sleeping bus to Ninh Binh. She also sold us tickets for the bus at the best price we could find and even helped us board it, ensuring everything was smooth. She kindly provided hot water for our baby’s thermo bottle, which was a huge help for us. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very affordable, making this homestay an incredible value for the price. The level of care and hospitality we received was beyond expectations. Highly recommend Orient Homestay to anyone visiting Phong Nha! You won’t regret staying here.

Tutu is the best host you can get! We were in Hoi An and our train was cancelled. She booked a sleeper bus for us, organised pick up and let us check in early so we could rest in the morning when we arrived, as well as helped us book amazing cave tours and rented bikes. The location is good on the river a short walk to the shops. The rooms were lovely and the breakfast was yummy too. Thanks for everything Tutu!!

They help us about everything, from the tour information to the transportation, they pick up us when we arrived from the bus station, give us the opportunity to stay in the structure till evening after the check out and the possibility to do a shower, and drop off us to the bus station. Really lovely people, i recommend them.

The owner was more than accommodating, it was a very rainy day and we needed food but couldn’t ride our bike. We ordered food from the owner and she brought it to the home stay and set it all up for us. The food was amazing. Very homely environment and comfy beds.

Exceptional staff, a bit of language barrier but you get everything you would need, we have been provided very chesp transportation service to and from hotel, rooms were big and cool upon our arrival, modt amazing view of the city, delicious breakfast, tour information around city, laundry service and bikes for rent. Anything you would want host provided. Strongly recommend to get bikes to drive around since view around area is absolutely mind blowing.
