This is a perfect guest house in the marvelous city Hôi An , the place have a perfect location next to the old town, the rooms are spacious, luminous and clean with all commodities "minibar, television, phone, AC, humidity controller, hair dryer, iron, umbrella etc..." The bathroom is super clean, the shower is powerful and the water is really hot if you like it like this. The hotel have a small pool that's perfect to refresh yourself, they also have bicycle for FREE and enjoy Hôi An with bicycle is an other level and there is a laundry service if you need. They will also arrange for you your transfers from point A to point B with a taxi for a VERY good price, even better than the prices of Grab (kind of UBER) they can arrange you excursions and activities too. Rent you a car or a bike... so yes they are useful and really correct, go ahead, book and enjoy :) Big thanks to Em, the owner of that gem, she's the real boss here and help you out with everything! 🙏🏼 Do not hesitate to ask to Em advices about what to do, where, when with and where... i ask her several times where to eat and she match the perfect spot.. always!

I loved my stay, super close to the beach and the neighbourhood is super chill compared to busy old town. Only a 10 min grab to town if you don't rent a bike. They give you a lot of recommendations and even set up your mosquito net every night so you come back to a mosquito free bed which is a nice touch. The girls at reception were super friendly and always happy to help.

Kemi House was a great option for our party of 8. The rooms were clean, and the staff was very attentive. Huy helped us book transportation and activities, and gave us some useful local tips. He even met us at the airport to deliver something I had left at the hotel! The pool was refreshing in the heat. The location is great - on a quiet block just a short walk from the night market. There is laundry service next door, and plenty of food, spa, and shopping options nearby.

This family run hotel is a lovely place to stay. It’s located 10 minutes walking distance from the old town and 15 minutes by bike to a beautiful beach. The room was cozy and clean and I slept very well in the bed. But most of all I loved the friendly atmosphere. Would definitely stay there again!

It is a cute, quaint family run establishment and Vincent really is one of the nicest, most genuinely helpful person I’ve come across in a long time. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Giao Hoa Homestay is very nice! Just a 5-minute walk from the stunning old town, it’s simple, but quiet, cozy, and super convenient. The host is very kind, helpful with tips on local attractions and utilities, and even makes beautiful Vietnamese clothes for sale and rent. Guests can use the kitchen, making it even more practical.
