Best choice if you want to visit Saigon. Location in the centre of 1 district between Pham Ngu Lao and Bui Vien street. Very helpful and carying host. The room was small but very clean. You can't eat in the property but there is a lot of restaurants nearby. Despite of location it is a very quiet place with a very comfortable bed.

I stayed a room with a balcony, having a street view where you can see a cute cafe&bar+stationary shop right in front of you, and you can see local people preparing for food early in the morning which was quite nice:) The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with an auto-lock door. Easy check-in and out instructed by text messages. Also you can get 20% discount at the spa on the ground floor.

A very lovely guest house. Our room was equipped with a kitchenette, all new appliances, a sparkling clean bathroom, and a super comfy bed. We had a sweet little balcony area as well. Close to lots of eateries, Saigon River, Walking Street, etc. Hosts were lovely and helpful (you will need google translate at times), I would definitely stay here again and can highly recommend it.
