Host was extremely helpful with my questions. Kept me well informed after booking, and prior to arrival through WhatsApp. During my stay Minh Hieu was attentive and had recommendations on where to go and what to eat. Nice! Also, when I said I don’t like the waste of plastic and prefer big bottles of water in stead of the smaller ones. The host made sure Ingot the bigger bottles from then on. So nice of him. My room had a lot of space, was clean and exactly as in photos, with a nice kitchenette and a couch where I could sit, relax and enjoy the view from the small balcony. It smelled nice too! Nice touch: the shower has infrared heating. I imagine that can be very nice when you’re staying in Hanoi in winter. Only tip I have is: a label on the button for hot water. You have to push it and wait for 15 minutes for the shower water to heat up. I didn’t know at first so the first days I had a cold shower. Fortunately that’s no punishment for end of May in Hanoi …

Accomodating host, big room, comfy bed, best A/C with ceiling fan, just infront of bus stop to Hanoi International Airport. centrally located -Old Quarter, walking distance to most of the attraction. They let us checked out very late, with no extra fees. The best costumer service hotel ever.

What can we say for this person ❤️ He is a gem for everyone that meets him and a great representative of Vietnam. His suggestions were exactly what we needed. He helped us with everything! With transportation,trips,tips for finding the right shops. Everything in the apartment was super clean and we felt like home. The location was perfect! Walking distance to everything that is worth visiting. Beside the location, the owner was really helpful, both when it comes to carrying up heavy luggage but also free water every day and fruit on our long busride. Always helpful. If me and my friends ever go back to Hanoi, we will not hesitate a second to come back! Love this place, value for the money. Suited us perfectly since we are traveling on a budget. He also let us leave our big luggage all day after we had checked out so that we didnt have to carry it around the city. The room was simple but clean and had everything we needed.

Feels like home. Rooms are super comfortable and clean. It is an authentic Vietnamese homestay with a lovely family. Just out of the city, you can feel like a local. Lee and his family are very welcoming and can help with anything you need. They speak english too. There are also some shops, restaurants and even cheap public transport near by. It is just nice to stay away from the extremely busy city center. Highly recommend it. I ended up spending a week here.

The hospitality was fantastic, and the host was incredibly kind and considerate. She was always there when we needed her and even gave us umbrellas when it started raining. The room was super comfortable, with fresh-smelling bedsheets and towels, and everything was spotless. Breakfast was brought to our room each morning, with something new and tasty every day. The location is probably the best in Hanoi. We loved our stay and hope to come back whenever we’re in Hanoi again.
