I have been visited tons of accomodation all around the world, and Vam Xang Rustic is definitively the top one under all point of views. The whole environment is awesome, both daytime and nightime. You will be simply surrounded by the nature of the Mekong Delta, living in rooms built in a traditonal way, for both spaces and materials. Rooms are awesome (external and internal areas), with a perfect cleaniness of all spaces and housekeeping Service in general. The service provided by the entire Staff is memorable and they go everytime the extra mile to feel guests comfortable and to help them in all kind of questions, without being annoying. For what concerns the excursion by boat - the service experienced was really fantastic and couldn't ask for more. Bycicles are also available for free and in very good conditions to explore the Mekong countryside autonomously. If you go in the Mekong Delta area of Can Tho you simply need to book with Vam Xang Rustic and don't look further as it is an outstanding experience of Mekong Delta at a very reasonable price for the full set of service provided!

The traditionally constructed little bungalows are in a quiet area of Can Tho where you can still hear the sounds of nature. One sleeps so well in a comfortable bed under a mosquito net in a garden wth fruit trees. So much better than all those airconditioned concrete buildings. The host is amazing. Takes care of his guests like a sheperd of his herd. A great breakfast and dinner are included in the price. The host's mother is cooking and lets you taste local food in daily variations. The vegetables and fruits used - also for the fruit juices - are of very best quality. We also liked the tour to the floating market offered, and even more the walk over the land market - one of the most interesting and colourful food markets in the area. The host calls you taxis even when you are outside and want to come back. Speaks very good English. Would come back at any time.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The staff were amazing and from start to finish they treated us with extra care than what’s expected. We were a big group of 19 people and they organised everything for us in advance. The floating market tour was top notch! Cabins were great, food was great, location was great and above all the staff were extra great. 100% recommended.

Duy and staff and the owners are amazing people! It feels so comfortable, kind of like a home away from home. The location is close to a thrilling jam packed food street, the lake and pier. We walked everywhere. The bed is very comfortable and our room was cleaned and had new linens every day if you like. We enjoyed the roof top views and ge tle breeze several times. It is our second time staying here and if we return to Can Tho, we of course will stay again. There is an excellent fridge in the lobby that has a shelf for each room to use.

The location in the Mekong Delta was quiet and felt close to nature, yet was not far from the city. The homemade breakfasts and dinners were delicious and we loved the tour to the floating market with Bosa, as well as his singing one evening. Mostly, we just adored the hosts Bosa, Phoenix and their son Hang. While we stayed at the Farmer Homestay, I - the mother of the family - had a medical emergency. The hosts got me to hospital, communicated with the medical staff, and took care of our kids while my husband and I were at the hospital overnight. They could not have been lovelier. We highly recommend this stay!

This has been one of my most pleasant travel experiences ever. Tuan, his family and employees are warm, fun and welcoming. The home stay is like a little oasis, with a well maintained pool and absolutely delicious food. It was great eating dinner communally and trying so many amazing local dishes and ingredients. A highlight of my entire trip in Vietnam was going to the land market with Tuan (after visiting the floating markets) and picking out food for dinner. I highly recommend doing this, as well as borrowing the bikes and exploring the streets and rivers of this pocket of the delta. The locals are absolutely lovely, as is the nature around. If you like to be kept very busy, then two nights is perfect - you can do both tours, and take yourself around on the bikes. If you are happy with a little time to relax like I am, then more nights is good! I stayed two but I wish I had stayed three or four to decompress. There are hammocks, the pool, and you can do relaxed little bike rides. I highly highly recommend! And a huge thank you to Tuan and his family, I will forever be grateful to you for letting me into your home.

Green Village Mekong is truly a hidden gem! The bungalows are lovely and each have a terrace with two hammocks. We also enjoyed the shared pool very much where you can play Billards next to it. The staff is quick to respond to all request and happily organize tours, massages, scooters and whatever you may need for you. We did the floating marked tour and would highly recommend it! Other than that the hosts have the cutest dogs with 4 little puppies - we still can’t get over how sweet they were!

I absolutely loved my stay here. Ms.Ha the owner is one of a kind, making sure my stay was as enjoyable as possible, she is a tour guide, a chef and a real mom figure. In terms of the room, it is simple, clean and excellent value. The building itself is well located, within walking distance from everything you might want to see in Can Tho. I did the markets tour and cycling tour with Ms.Ha and they were absolutely fantastic. These tours go off the beaten track and you get to experience places that the more touristy excursions will not give you. I strongly recommend doing both tours with Ms.Ha. She also made breakfast for us and a fantastic pho for lunch. It is one of the best guesthouse experiences I had in South East Asia.

Thanks to the family for sharing such lovely rooms with us. The house is new and beautiful, with an elevator. The dining area has a small kitchen that's fully equipped—with an induction cooktop, microwave, dishes, and even essentials like fish sauce, soy sauce, cooking oil, and a full set of spices. Man, the young host, was super thoughtful and paid attention to everything we needed.

Lovely property. It was very clean, the host, Tuan, was lovely and accomodating and the area was very cool. It was so great to be able to see how the locals live along the Meekong and such a unique experience to have in Vietnam. The food cooked by Tuan and the home stay was a highlight! I highly recommend it!

Our 1 week stay at Farmer Homestay was the absolute highlight of our 11 weeks in Vietnam from mid December 2023 until end of February 2024. We were lucky and honored to be able to spend Tet Holiday with the host family and loved every minute of it - we have made friends for life ❤️

This is a lovely place with a lovely host family. The market tour is very good, especially the part on land. In the evening you cook what you told Tuan to buy in the morning. Lots of delicious food, lots of things we never saw! A very comfortable pool. We were there on Christmas and Tuan ordered a Caraoke machine. We had lots of fun!
