Feels like home, the house owner kept the place super clean. We didn’t expect that it’s in such a good location that we can enjoy the Chinese food in quite a few restaurants nearby. It’s close to Caltech university too if you’re interested to pay a visit. Also, the fig fruit from the owner’s tree is the best I have ever had:)

The owner is incredibly nice and helpful. The room was super comfortable and clean. As a bonus, the hollywood boulevard was within walking distance of the apartment (and having anything touristy within walking distance in LA is luxurious enough to be mentioned)

The Patrician is a unique place. You need to have a car to get there, but once you are there, you have an incredible view and very quiet and safe surroundings. Most important about The Patrician is TJ, the owner. He runs this place with love and dedication, is always there if you need support, prepares a wonderful breakfast, and is one of the best hosts we have ever experienced!

Not quite what i was expecting but the place is very co.fortable, good sized room and use of kitchen, place is close to buses, accessible to Hollywood walk of fame, shops and lots of places to eat and you can walk to Koreatown in 30min. The lady managing the property was very nice and helpful, would definitely recommend.

It was clean and comfortable! I would happily stay here again. The location is excellent – ​​it's easy to get to the Hollywood Walk of Fame by bus in 20 minutes. Griffith Observatory is within walking distance if you enjoy hiking. Buses to downtown Los Angeles are also available – all stops are within walking distance.

Outstanding host with exceptional communication! When our Uber driver took us to the wrong address (Street vs Place), the host immediately responded to our messages and guided us to the correct location to ensure we arrived safely.
