Such an refreshingly amazing experience in NYC. The communication was very easy with the hotel already before arrival. Quick check-in, beautiful, renovated & spacious room. Breakfast was nice, location was very accessible. There is a restaurant / bar underneath, I am a poor sleeper but didn't hear a thing. I will definitely book this hotel again upon my next visit.

We had a fantastic experience. The team provided an exceptionally detailed and clear email with all the necessary information for a seamless stay. The self check-in process was incredibly smooth.
