Our stay at this guesthouse was wonderful. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were delicious, varied, and filling. The location is great, as you can walk to two of the best beaches — Kendwa or Nungwi. It takes about 25–30 minutes on foot to reach each beach. We are very satisfied with our stay. There’s also a great restaurant just about 50 meters away, where the food is excellent.

Very nice hotel! There was a kitchen that we could use, a lounge with hammocks, and the rooms was very clean. Raphy was a helpful host. By foot, it takes about 15 min to the nearest beach, and about 35 min to the main Nungwi beach.

I recently stayed at Lala Salama Kendwa for 4 nights and had an incredible experience. The location is unbeatable, just steps away from the stunning Kendwa beach. The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable, offering a great balance of style and functionality. It was both AC and fan in the room. What truly stood out, though, was the service. The staff were attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. A special mention to the manager, who went above and beyond to ensure an extra night of stay during New Years celebration. If you’re looking for a relaxing and memorable stay in Kendwa, I highly recommend Lala Salama Kendwa. Can’t wait to return!

The place is very nice and super clean, all the staff is amazing, super kind and they clean your room every day. It has a nice area for breakfast, all the facilities are good, aircon works well, wifi is fast, swimming pool is nice, it has sun beds, etc. The breakfast is big enough, there are different options, the location is amazing, just a short walk to a nice beach, and a few minutes walking from different restaurants. The people around the area are very nice and friendly, we felt safe walking around all the time. A big Thanks to all the people from Ondo House, specially to Ali and Hassan, they went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable during our stay, they helped us to arrange taxi, helped us to go around the ATM, they are very kind and good people! I highly recommend this place, we will definitely come back next season :)
