This is an excellent place for relaxing. It’s surrounded by a beautiful view. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast, afternoon tea and hot pot dinner are full of nice dishes.

Amazing location. Right above cliffs with crashing surf below. Slept so well. The host was so kind and helped get us to the nearby town to buy dinner (we arrived late on bicycles). He is also a brilliant artist and sells some beautiful jade and other jewerly - will be back!

Both the hostel and our room felt spacious and clean, and everything worked. The hostel is in a quiet back street, but a short walk to supermarkets, restaurants and the station. There is a garage to secure store bicycles when not in use. Isabella the host speaks perfect English and is super helpful. There are lots of small touches too, like free snacks, hot drinks and games, and individual shoe boxes. We would highly recommend Ruisui Moo Hostel, especially if you are cycling around Taiwan.
