The location was excellent, with stunning views throughout the day. In the mornings, we could even watch the balloons while enjoying our breakfast. The room was very spacious and beautifully decorated, and the host was incredibly lovely and hospitable — she truly made us feel at home

A wonderful and cozy boutique hotel. Very clean and spacious. The high ceilings make you feel like you’re staying in a castle. The room was warm enough despite the cold weather outside. The hosts, Anıl and Onur, are very intelligent and pleasant people who genuinely care not just about renting out a room, but about ensuring the guest is satisfied with the service and cleanliness. The Turkish breakfast was excellent and very well-prepared.

Very kind, responsive and at the same time unobtrusive hosts. They got up early to prepare breakfast for our early departure. Hearty breakfasts. I liked the family house with thick walls, not hot in summer. Amazing view of Avanos and hot air balloons from the restaurant and common area. Beautifully landscaped garden and BBQ area. It was possible through the host to book a hot air balloon flight at a good price.

A beautiful place in Avanos extremely well located, wlking distance from historical center, 1 min walk from supermarket and restaurantsbut above all, amazing hosts, extremely kind and helpful. We loved staying at Hikmet's House and really felt at home. The veranda is beautiful and perfect to enjoy a quiet nap or tea, and the breakfast room on the top floor offers a beautiful view on all the surroundings. We highly recommend this place!

Lovely room, We are tall and we couldn’t stand up straight because the ceilings are quite low (in the part where the bed is) good that the bath has normal height ceilings. The staff was very friendly and I loved the baby cats.

We got an amazing luxorious family room with a jacuzzi, spacious and beautifully furbished. There is a nice patio to sit outside with vine-arbour and a huge garden at the back. Also, the roof-top is accessible where you can see all the ballons in the morning.
