My husband found this amazing place after watching a vlog and we weren’t disappointed. What a setting away from the hustle and bustle of Pattaya! If you want to experience something different, this retreat is astonishing. Hans and Tommy and extended family are great hosts. Attention to detail is something else. Best retreat in Thailand xx

Nice place. Make your own breakfast on the morning. Small swimming pool, but good to get out of the heat. Our family room had 2 large double beds and 2 bathrooms.

It is a grill and bar with rooms above. The area has a long beach plenty of breakfast and eating options, plus night market food nearby, you can eat in the restaurant after11am. It is on the main baht bus route into Pattaya with great shopping malls, and good cinemas. The staff are excellent, friendly, smiling and courteous. You could not ask for more. Cocktails and drinks in the afternoon overlooking the Beach, wonderful. We will definately stay here again on our next visit.

A convenient 5-minute stroll to Jomtien beach, Sunny Beach Residence is a 15-minute drive to Bali Hai Pier. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
