First off, we've been travelling for 3 months around SE Asia and this has been our favourite place so far. Bird and his wife are some of the sweetest people we have met. They brought us fruit bowels and delicious taro and Coconut cakes each day we stayed, while also insisting on giving us a lift to the beach or wherever we were going. We hung out in the Reggae bar in the evenings and had some beers with Bird, his wife and other guests while chatting and laughing. Really good fun. The property is also very quiet and peaceful, the bungalows are basic but comfortable and the toilets and showers spotless. We would have loved to stay longer but had to leave the island unfortunately.

The owners are delightful and interesting to talk to and the staff are lovely. Breakfast is wonderful, especially the coffee, the yoghurt and the sourdough bread. The location is perfect for shops, restaurants and getting a tuk tuk to Charlie beach. Central but quiet. The rooms are well-equipped , comfortable and cool.

We had a really great stay at Mumzai House! We were warmly welcomed and the owner was incredibly kind and always helpful. On our last day, she even drove us to the ferry. At first, we weren’t sure where exactly we had to go, so she brought us to the pier — it turned out our meeting point was actually at a nearby restaurant. She didn’t hesitate and offered to drive us there too, and she didn’t even want any money for the ride. That really surprised us in the best way! The apartment itself was very clean, had great air conditioning, a working TV, water kettle, and a small fridge. The location was perfect — everything was easy to reach, and the minimart just downstairs was super useful whenever we wanted a cold drink or snacks. All in all, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely come back again!

Localization and view is very good But more importantly, staff, with it’s helpfulness and kindness, takes your stay to the next level. They helped me a lot when I was sick with high fever and shaking. But they helped with smaller things also like arrange gift for my wife. We even got sweet, delicious surprise for our engagement anniversary.

A 5-minute walk from Charlie Beach, one of the nicest beach in Ko Mook, Nature Hill offers a good spot of nature and relaxing atmosphere. It is surrounded by the lush hills. Free WiFi is available.

What makes the place really special is the exceptional customer care by Neil and Sue. They really go the extra mile to ensure you have a great stay! They personally welcomed us and took us to the bungalows by long tail boat. They arranged great private snorkelling trips and Sue cooked for us the most delicious special Christmas meal with grilled gambas, delicious fresh crab and many other Thai delicacies. She is a great cook and it was our best meal in Thailand. Neil will ensure you get everything you need: from buying chocolate powder for our 9 year old son for his hot chocolate to personally taking my husband to the doctor. The bungalows are very nice and situated few minutes walk from a great beach. It was very well located to go snorkelling to nearby islands such as Koh Kradan, with an amazing reef and plenty of coral and fish. Overall we had a great stay and felt very welcome by Neil, Sue and their children Theo and Hugo.

Yai who runs the place is absolutely divine! I came to the island solo and left feeling like one of the locals, welcome and in love with the island and the whole place! I stayed in a tent it was spacious, comfortable and clean, and incredible value for money. Yai took me around on his bike taxi whenever I needed to get somewhere. He even came and helped me and some friends on our mission to clean a beach! By far the best place I have stayed on my travels so far in terms of being involved with the locals and meeting new people. Love!

We loved the location, the bungalows are so close to Charlie beach! It’s awesome.. the bungalows are practical and do the job, it was very clean too. At these prices honestly people need to be realistic and you won’t get big white fluffy towels! We loved it!

Very kind and helpful staff. Beautiful lovely place to stay for a couple of days. Breakfast options are quite good for reasonable prices. Walking distance to town and quick with tuktuk to all places else.
