Everything was just fine. Beds were very comfortable, we had a possibility to take a coffee and to have breakfast very early morning, which was very important, as day trips usually started at 7AM. The host was very nice all the time.

This guest house run by the ever smiling BB and her lovely team is simply put - a one of a kind! I have had such a lovely week here and the courtyard garden is just so, so beautiful. The breakfasts are authentic thai and I have been looking forward to seeing what will be served every morning. The location is within the Old Town and as much as it is located right where you want it to be when visiting Chiang Mai; it's a quiet street and I slept very well. All in all, if (when) coming back to Chiang Mai - I would love to stay At Phra Sing Guest House again without any hesitation. Thanks again BB and your team for making my week in Chiang Mai so lovely!
