The entire staff was very welcoming, warm, attentive, helpful. The house is very well kept, cleaning was on regular basis, they changed towels without my request several times in a week and restocked the fridge with water. The owners are wonderful, humble, wise people. I also loved the location, just a bit away from the hustle but still waking distance from restaurants, atms, groceries etc.

Huge room with a big bed, couch/sitting area in front of a tv with A/C and a fan and a big window. The bathroom had hot water and provided shampoo and body wash. Check in was easy and fast and the location relative to the pier made it perfect to get a few extra minutes of sleep before out morning ferry.

Very kind at the reception from the first moment we arrived. Our ferry was leaving in the afternoon, so we asked if they could keep our backpacks, but they actually invited us to stay longer in the room, since they did not have another subsequent reservation.

The beds are super comfy and spacious. The ladder to the upper bed has flat steps so it's easy to go up and down. Everything is very clean and the rooftop is nice to chill and meet other travelers or lay down in a hammock. Location is great too.

We loved the view and the location. Koh Tao seems to have two main town areas, and the Queen Resort was 10 mins walk from the pier town, and 20 mins walk to Sairee Beach through beautiful markets alongside the beach. The view was picturesque and perfect for sunset and just watching the water all day. The main shop (reception) was very cheap for coffee, water, beer and other necessities.
