The host was very kind and welcoming, she drove us from the airport to the cottage althoug we arrived late, and even drove us back to the airport in the morning! I insist on her kindness. The place was richly decorated, spacious, and had a strong personality.

Just perfect! We were only passing through and decided to spend the night there due to problems with our car. Even though we arrived late at night and on short notice, we received a very warm welcome. The host had already turned on the heating in our rooms so we wouldn't be cold. The room was very clean and the bed was comfy. In the morning, we woke up to beautiful surroundings (lake and mountains) and had one of the best breakfasts I've ever had in a hotel. The hosts are extremely nice and do everything they can to make your stay as great as possible. We regularly drive through Slovenia to get to Croatia and we will definitley come back to Bakhus! We 100 % recommend it!
