The staff is above anything else. Kind, warm, knowledgeable. Nothing is an issue, They know everything, They can do anything. The hotel is clean and organised, none of that ‘oooo sorry’ you hear everywhere else. They run it well. The food is amazing and very fresh, the “Afinata” is the best ! We definitely recommend this place !

The host it’s exceptionally kind with a very beautiful energy! The house itself as for the garden and all the facilities, are beyond beautiful. Very traditional wood furniture in a cozy and minimalistic room. The garden has plenty of chilling corners and the views are so pretty! I recently stayed at Akasha Wellness Retreat in Transylvania and it was a fantastic experience. The location of the property is simply breathtaking. It was great for our short stay as we wanted to get away from the city. The food was excellent, with a variety of healthy and delicious options. We really liked the Indian food night too! The staff at Akasha were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed and that my experience was comfortable. We needed some extra pillows and they were able to provide some in the evening. Their hospitality made me and my partner feel right at home. I would recommend Akasha to anyone looking to unwind in what must be one of Europe's last true wilderness.

⭐ 11/10 experience! Absolutely the best place to stay when visiting Moieciu. The hotel, presumably family-run, exudes a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The interior décor feels like stepping into a 19th-century aristocratic country house, with antique wooden furniture and charming paintings. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully furnished, offering stunning views over the village and the slopes of Amfiteatrul. The location is perfect — peaceful yet convenient, with hiking trails and a small local shop just a short walk away. The restaurant was outstanding — the first time I’ve truly enjoyed dining in a hotel. Most dishes are homemade and locally sourced, both at dinner and breakfast. The vișinată was exceptional — the best we’ve had in Romania. A thoughtful vegan menu is also available. If we return for hiking, we’ll definitely stay here again! P.S. The family also has a friendly dog and two adorable cats. The cats might wander into the room to say hello — we loved it, but if you’re allergic, it’s best to inform reception.
