Villa has no reception that is by phone to an undisclosed location-The receptionist did not answered the ph for 15 min forcing us to wait outside with the luggage-when she she answered said we have no reservation-even I give her the Booking .com confirmation #_she said " I have no access to Melik email? even she work for them (co that manage our villa Lazar)and I am alone here -wait to call my boss"? after another 15 min she told us we have reservation but must pay again cash? we refused since we already paid CC in full 1050 lei for 3 days--she accepted to give us the code for a room with no number she said is #7- She did not even know how to enter the door code with letter C before number?

Second time staying at Marceluca. Exceptional staff, great location and very nice and clean rooms. Large yard, well maintained, with a nice play area for kids and barbecue zone. Will certainly come back here again.
