The hotel is fantastik. The location Allows you to reach everything on foot. The tram stop is Just in front of the hotel's door. The breakfast is amazing, offering local fruits, pastry, cheeese. The room is not so big, esp if you have much luggage, however it is very cozy. There is a big comfortable bed with 4 pillows. A wardrobe is rather small for two, but it is OK. The bathroom is big, but the floor in january is rather cold to walk bearfoot. There is an elevator, so heavy luggage is not a problem. And the option to leave the luggage before check in/after check out is great! The room is heated only by air conditioning.

We were sad to have to leave! The property is amazing in every little detail. The decor, facilities, staff and food. The rooms and common areas are delightful, the breakfast area is beautifully set up with lovely food. A welcome drink is provided at 3pm in a wonderful area with individual bread and cheese platters and help-yourself wine from 3 barrels ( yes true!) And the staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Shoutout to Ricardo who texted us the room was ready after a long exhausting journey, to Carla the singer/ breakfast hostess who was exquisite and helpful and to Joao the doorman who went out of his way to ask if we needed assistance when our taxi stood us up. And to all the staff whose name we don’t know . Thank you for our lovely stay

This little boutique hotel in the middle of Lisbon is simply fantastic. One of the reasons why I chose this hotel was that it's right in one of the busiest central street. Nuno made my trip amazing.Helpful,kind and smiling face.Everyday when returned to my room,found lovely surprises on my bed.View,location is excellent.Room was clean,big,well furnished and has a great balkony.The place has a breakfast room which you can find coffee,cakes,books.I loved the antik building with wooden stairs,entrance and the door.If I come back to Lisbon definitely stay here again.Highly recommended.
