Very clean and comfortable. Regardless fact it has some wear and tear from renting it it well look after rental. The owner is really trying to keep it clean and is always helpful in case of any problems. The location is great! Just in front of bus stop and by the two restaurants and convenience store. Small, well equipped kitchenette is located in shared hall. Each room has separate bathrooms with showers and hairdryers. Grate budget rental.

Owner is very friendly, nice and helpful! Really nice apartment with lots of plants and even an aquarium! On the balcony, there is a bird house, so if you are lucky, you will see birds behind the window!
