Very clean place and quiet. Good view of the city and mountains. With good view of the sea of clouds every morning so no need to actually go to restaurants early in the morning just to see the view. They have a balcony in the common area and also 1 in the room they provided to us. I'm not sure tho if all the rooms have their own balcony.

How unique! So very peaceful. My room in the main historic building had the most stunning views over the township, surrounding valley and hills. There is an off street car park. A restaurant with great food in the garden. Follow the path down to the gates and you will find everything, shops, buses, stalls and cafes right outside the property. The inn is the centre of Sagada!

We had a nice welcoming stay at Frix during our bird watching visit to Mt Polis, Banaue and the rice terraces. We visited a few weeks after the typhoon and the community was very devastated by the impacts, as such Frix did not have power however they had a generator running in the morning and evening with wifi, gave us hot water to bathe and for coffee, an emergency light, extra blanket, and still served us a nice dinner one night which was better than the more expensive dinner we got in town! The family really did all they could to make our stay pleasant, we would stay here again and found the location ideal for accessing good bird watching areas. Also the parking was secure off the road which was a big plus and it was very quiet at night to sleep. Thank you Frix!
