We loved everything about our stay, from Adnan's heartfelt welcome, the obvious care and love for details in every corner of the hotel, the story of the house, to the breakfast on the terrace. Just amazing. We strongly recommend this place and would love to come back if we have the chance.

- Appearance: This place is a 'hidden gem', don't let the lack of reviews deter you. What I experienced was a clean, well kept and modern chalet which matched the photos i saw on website. - Location: Great as its 5 mins drive from Nizwa Fort & souq so was easily accessible. - Host: Azzan was responsive throughout our stay, even before check in. Great host and helped with any and all queries we had. Housekeeper Hanif was also a great help. - Overall: Hotel-like finish, great experience for families and would recommend for anyone planning a short-stay in Nizwa like we did.

This is the right place to stay in if you plan to visit Nizwa. It’s 5min walk to the fort and the Souqs. The room was comfortable and clean. The view from the rooftop is amazing. We also had our breakfast there. The hosts were very kind and they recommended some things to see and do. If you have a car, just park it near the Goat marker. It’s 3min walk and very safe.
