We planned to stay for two nights, but ended up staying three nights because we liked it so much. The hotel is located in the historic centre of Nizwa. The rooms are beautiful and the staff is very friendly and hospitable.

Wow! This property was exceptional! Super modern, all the facilities we could dream of and a very catering host, Azzan. All rooms are fitted with ensuites, which made our stay all the more comfortable. The furnishing is straight out of a high end display home. So much space and the feeling of quality in every step. The outdoor space is incredible. The pools were a winner for the kids, a nice bbq area x 2, sliding doors for easy access to the pool. We could not ask for more. Finally, a big shout out to Azzan who was a super attentive host, clear with directions and very accommodating.

Very nice accommodation with the atmosphere of old Nizwa, located in an authentic building within the old town. Just a few steps from the fortress and all the historical sites of old Nizwa. Very good breakfast on the rooftop terrace with a selection of local dishes. Parking available just a few steps from the accommodation.

Best location in nizwa, in a small side street, 3 min walk to the amazing souk. Ali Jebel is the nicest host and he tried to fulfill me every wish and we had nice talks on the terrace. Shokran! I'll come back for sure to explore the amazing surroundings ...y
