We stayed 2 nights for our trip to Mount Cook and surrounding areas. The cabin is so lovely and exceptionally clean! The bed was very comfortable.

A superbly quirky and delightful place. Elements of steampunk in the design including the wonderful “cowshed-style” bathroom! Loved it. Toni was a delightful hostess and the two, piping-hot log-fuelled outside baths under the stars, meticulously stoked by Toni and David before handover to us (for skinny-dipping in privacy!), were WONDERFUL. Loved Kai the Alsatian and the very fluffy Persian cat that paid us a visit.
