Lillian was an amazing host! We were catching the inter-city bus the day we checked out and she even dropped us at the bus stop which was incredibly thoughtful. The studio was extremely clean and comfortable. We loved the walk along the lakeside into town. It takes around 45mins but the views are incredible. We had all the amenities we required for the couple of nights we were there. I could not recommend this place enough if you are visiting Taupo.

Beautiful house with a wonderful garden. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean with a view to the garden. Mary and Ian are friendly hosts and provide you with good advice on activities, restaurants and shopping. The breakfast was good too! The B&B is located about 5 km out of town, however it's an easy 7min. drive to town. A good restaurant in walking distance. Very quiet location.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this rented house. From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The house was incredibly cozy and warm, making it the perfect retreat. The interior was tastefully decorated, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of to ensure comfort. The host was beyond kind and welcoming. She greeted me with thoughtful gifts, which made me feel truly appreciated. Her warmth and hospitality were exceptional, and it was clear that she takes great pride in making her guests feel comfortable. Overall, my stay was an unforgettable experience, and I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. It felt just like home, and I would definitely return. Absolutely everything was perfect. It's a beautiful studio, high quality furnishings and exceptionally well decorated and equipped with everything you need. I was even welcomed with freshly home made brownies! I came to Taupo for the Ironman race and it was a perfect choice. The owners were even kind enough to wash my kit and had prepared me some lovely food for after the race. I cannot recommend highly enough!

Very well equipped, comfy beds, spotlessly clean everywhere. Lots of nice touches by Jacqui (owner) all towels arranged beautifully, given fresh milk on arrival. Laundry service available. In a nice quiet location, only about 10/15 mins walk to the centre.
