A wonderfull week with Babu and Bella. Walking in Kirtipur, temples, Bhairat and others, Chovar view point village and temple with thé plates, and gorges,... A nice tour with Babu to Dakshinkali and different Buddhist Monastères and also Bungamati. Staying at Babu and Bella's house was very cool and quiet, in the country side. Their meals are wonderfull, testy and healthy, with organic végétales, always. Nice talking with their son Ayush also. We hope to be back as soon as possible.

Helpful staff, spacious room, and its quiet neighborhood.Their staff is very friendly and helpful. I went to EBC and they helped keeping my 1 kg baggage for nearly ten days. And still remember me. There are also good cafes and restaurants nearby.

We stayed at Shine Homestay as a group of 16 people, and everything was simply wonderful. Rabina and her family made us feel truly at home: their kindness, calm energy, and attention to detail created a peaceful haven in the middle of Kathmandu’s lively chaos. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the rooftop offered a lovely space to relax, and breakfast was fresh and generous. Communication with Rabina was always easy and warm, both before and during our stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for authentic hospitality and genuine connection with local life.

At this hotel, you’ll feel not just at home but like part of a close-knit family during your stay. Electricity is reliable, and the internet connection is fast and stable. Breakfast is excellent, and there’s always free drinking water available for guests. The hotel is located in a quiet area, tucked away from the noise of the main streets. It’s about a 30-minute walk to Thamel and just a 10-15 minute taxi ride from the airport, which typically costs 500-700 rupees. This is a wonderful place to stay, and I can confidently recommend it. You’ll leave with only positive impressions!

The best experience we've had in Nepal. Mira takes care of every detail to make you feel almost part of their family. The room is extremely clean and comes with all the furniture you need, including a small kitchen that provides all you need to cook and eat in the table provided in the room. If you want, you can also ask Mira to cook dinner or lunch for you (her food is incredibly tasty). We were very sad when we said goodbye. We deeply recommend you to stay here.
