It’s very well located only 7 minutes walk from Jetty. It is very quiet location. The owner/ host is VERY helpful and sends clear instructions. The wifi is perfect. The bed is very comfortable (we prefer bed & pillow on the firm side). Hot water works instantly and decent water pressure. There is both aircon and fan in room. There’s even free coffee sachet, water and snack in room as well as hair dryer. The value is unbeatable! Thank you to KB Guesthouse for also introducing a great driver.

Location is great, it really is perfect for an overnight stay to catch the ferry to Tioman the following day. I didn’t expect it but their internet was fast enough for me to work from my room. Room had table and chair, great for work. I would go back here again when I make another trip to Tioman. Just don’t expect luxury but it is good for the price.

I'm glad we booked at Mersing Maple Villa. Our host helped us to reach Mersing from JB, and the jetty to go to Tioman. We also learned a lot about durian and local life. It was a great experience. The place is nice and well located. We will come back.

Very friendly host family! The picked us up from the bus terminal late in the evening and brought us to the jetty the next morning. The room was simple but comfy (no air-con, only a fan), bathroom ist outside but close to the room. Coffee station outside the room.We even got some breakfast in the morning before our departure!

Very clean, excellent WiFi, large well equipped kitchen, spacious room. Very friendly owner, he even brought us to town the next morning. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, center and jetty.

Neighbourhood was silent and cosy. Eating places and shopping areas are just a few minutes drive away. Clean. With aircon in each room. TV don't have much chanel but we are fine with that
