Plus, you can rent a scooter or motorbike directly from Mun for just 35 MYR/day, making it easy to explore the island at your own pace. Special recognition goes to Mabel, an international volunteer, whose kindness and excellent service add to the warm, welcoming atmosphere of the villa. Top place, super nice and quiet to sleep

Located in a kampong (neighbourhood) so you get to be closer the livelihood of the Langkawi locals. Surrounded by paddy fields, you start and end the day with an unforgettable view. The atmosphere is one that is peaceful which contrast well with the bustling tourist areas and activities here. I love coming back after a long activity filled day to a calm and peaceful place. The property felt like a home. Even though we were guest, this warmth exemplified through the hospitality of Mr Sulaiman and his family. In the morning, for us to get a taste of Langkawi, Mr Sulaiman and family will either prepare or venture out to the local street stalls to get breakfast for their guest. I encourage any guest to have a chat with them to learn more about not only about Langkawi and also their story.

I am traI have trallved 5 places, including KL, Melaka, semporna, Langkawi and Penang, for about half month. In all my journey, this homestay makes me the most comfortable. Nice host, good garden view. Every night I am sleeping with lots of sound of summer insects, such as cricket. Everything just make me more relax. I try to enjoy all of this wit every minute, but the time goes fly, 3 days is gone in a blink. Anyway I wish I can go back

The young family who runs it puts so much heart into every detail – from the warm welcome to the thoughtful touches throughout the stay. It’s cozy, unique, and full of character. Truly a must-stop when traveling through Malaysia – we’ll definitely be back!
