Comfortable characterful place - feels like an old forest lodge. I loved the balcony in the double room overlooking the extensive garden and the nearby lake. The hosts could not be friendlier and will share local knowledge.

Cannot recommend this place highly enough. A spotless room with comfortable beds, in a charming building with beautiful garden. A short walk to the train station. Street is quiet. There's a shared fridge, tea-making facilities, crockery and cutlery on the landing. The manager was lovely and we felt very welcome and relaxed here.

Nice guesthouse, near the train station and other activities such as the cable car which is convenient. Everything was clean and we could check-in earlier than planned. We recommand!

The owner of the guest house is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and the bathroom had a bath with a shower. There was a fridge outside the room for communal use and cups/ glasses for use on the room. Good quality towels were provided. The guest house is in a lovely quiet area within walking distance of the train and bus station.

Turaidas zieds, a property with a garden, is set in Turaida, 21 km from Vejini Underground Lakes, 29 km from Līgatne Nature Trails, as well as 42 km from Kuku Cliffs.

Calm and relaxing location, amazing home made breakfast (with fresh forest berries), very kind and helpful hostess plus Turaida and Sigulda castles, walking roots, Cesis old town. Liked that it was well isolated from people. amazing place to relax with close people and enjoy the evenings. Enjoyed the old style of the building, made it really cozy. Sauna felt good and was amazing. Sauna isn't dry and is well balanced with humidity.
