The villa is located right by the beach with a wonderful sunset view. The room was very spacious and clean and breakfast was delicious. The staff was amazing and very helpful. What I liked the most is that they have a separate leisure room by the pool with AC and full bathroom which can be used to keep luggage safe when you arrive before the check-in time or need to stat somewhere after checking out. I had to wait a few hours before heading to the airport and this room was super convenient to rest and refresh before my journey. The best place I stayed in on my trip to Sri Lanka.

An absolutely exceptional place! The breakfasts were delicious, fresh, and varied – everything prepared with great care. The accommodation was excellent – clean, well-equipped rooms with access to filtered hot water, which is a big plus. The staff deserves the highest praise – very helpful at any time of day or night, always smiling and ready to assist. We truly felt cared for and relaxed. Picked this hotel only because it was near to the airport and had a better rating than the normal airport hotels. Felt guilty that we arrived late in the evening and flew out early in the morning - the hotel (more of a guest house) is fantastic!!! Run by a tremendously friendly and welcoming couple, it is an old house that has been in the family for 200 years and oozes with tradition. Although its geographic location is perfect for the airport and not really near anything else, it would not be too far to take a tuk tuk or car to the beach or into Colombo, and we thought that if we maybe stayed here longer it might have made a good base. Good wifi too.
