A very nice, comfortable, clean place! You have everything you need, plus a fully equipped private kitchenette. It's located on a quiet small road so you don't hear any noise. Staying at this hotel was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. it truly felt like home, thanks to their warm and genuine hospitality. I have traveled many times and stayed in numerous hotels, but none have matched the comfort and care I found here. A heartfelt thanks to the owner, Mr. Shane, the manager, Sisira, and the entire staff, who went above and beyond to take care of me, especially when I was unwell. Their kindness and attentiveness made all the difference. The food is absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and prepared with so much attention to detail. The rooms are spotlessly clean, neat, and designed to provide maximum comfort. The environment is stunning, especially with the serene riverside view that adds so much charm and peace to the stay. What impressed me further was the reasonable pricing, which is more than justified for the exceptional service and experience they provide. For me, this place has become more than just a hotel—it’s my second home. Whenever I return to Sri Lanka, I won’t be looking for another place to stay, because I’ve already found the perfect one. 💖

Wonderful homestay with clean and very comfortable beds. Located at a peaceful neighbourhood away from the hustle and bustle but very easy to reach train and bus stops. The homestay has a variery of rooms to choose from and we felt very warm and welcome at this property.
