Highly recommended this place.If you find yourself in Moratuwa, Sri Lanka, don't hesitate to stay here. Beautiful hostess who does a fine job of making you feel right at home. Best facilities, cleanest room in the area at a five-star level. With a great breakfast, homely ambiance, fantastic room, and affordable prices as well. The garden is so nice to wake up to. Very, very kind people. It's important to remember that for this area, to never book rooms before viewing it live, I was burnt by another hotel nearby, always good to survey before making your booking fee. This room is absolutely fabulous, though! Very kind and friendly owners. If I'm ever back in Moratuwa, I'll definitely stay here again.

I recently stayed at a room I rented for a few nights in Maharagama, Sri Lanka. While the location was outside Colombo, I found it to be incredibly peaceful away from the city hustle. The room itself was clean, simple, and excellent value for the price. What really stood out, though, was the landlord. He was exceptionally friendly and helpful, addressing all my queries and offering great tips about the area. I appreciated his hospitality and would recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful stay near Colombo.

The owners are wonderful - we came in the middle of night and we're leaving as well very early morning but we had our breakfast done on time. It's really enormous to eat and taste each dish. My daughters loved chandelier in patio where bird made its nest and it was taking care of small birds. Although it's a little out of city centrum but it gives silence and possibility to rest in patio to observe animals as birds and squirrels coming for eating. The room is spacious with attached bathroom. Very close to Leisure Villa there is good restaurant - Tango to eat supper or lunch.

This place is really nice and cozy, the view is great. It is located right near the sea. We also liked the pool on the roof. The host is very friendly, we left 1 hour later, but he didn’t say a word and was very kind to us. The were all the facilities we needed and the room smelled good. We had an amazing stay here. The hosts, Sam and Steph, are the most kind, welcoming people you could meet. The staff are very helpful, nothing was a problem for them. The Sri Lankan omelette for breakfast was the best I'd had in the three weeks of travelling the country. Mount Bay Guest House rooms have all that you would expect at more expensive hotels. All the boxes are ticked. A very comfortable stay.

Wonderful homestay with clean and very comfortable beds. Located at a peaceful neighbourhood away from the hustle and bustle but very easy to reach train and bus stops. The homestay has a variery of rooms to choose from and we felt very warm and welcome at this property.
