The best accommodation I found during my trip to Sri Lanka. Very comfortable, beautiful environment, beautiful beach, very nice owners, explained the area to us very well. The breakfast is excellent, it is free and very rich and delicious. Every day a new recipe. If you come here, don't forget to have dinner here. It is very delicious and affordable.

We got a very large clean room with a mini fridge and TV set working very well. And what I loved the most was the beautiful sea screen in front and the restaurant that had delicious seafood. Its staff is very kind.We will definitely come back..

It was easy to find Shana. Host lady told me that she had a problem with electricity and took me to her sister's house called Bimal Villa which was 2 minutes walking distance. So my comments here are for Bimal Villa. Bimal Villa is run by a sweet lady and her daughter. The room was big, light and spotless. Had a a very good working A/C and fan. Ensuite bathroom. Internet worked very well. Location was behind the railways which I thought would be noisy but it was not. Very close to the beach, 2 mins walking. Breakfast served on the balcony and it was very tasty with fresh fruits, fruit juice, eggs, coconut milk rice and tea/coffee. The owner runs a small restaurant closeby the accomodation where locals come and eat. I had lunch there and it was so yummy. Bimal Villa cannot be seen on booking dot com currently due to a technical issue which the daughter was trying to sort out while i was there. Shana Sri Villa's son spoke very good English and he took me to exchane money, to an ayurvedic shop and to a massage place with his tuk tuk free of charge. He also organised my taxi to the airport for a fair price. So, overall I cannot talk much about Shana Sri Villa but only for Bimal Villa. This is a place i would come back to stay longer if I am ever in the region again.

The best value for money we’ve experienced in Sri Lanka. There is a fridge in the room and big, clean common kitchen available. In the bathroom there are free mini cosmetics. There is a fan, free ac, mosquito net annddd a couch:) The rooms have access to a common balcony, nice to hang out at. Owners are nice and helpful. Location is close to the beach, there are some restaurants around :)

I absolutely loved this place. It was a 5 min walk to the beach, and cleaner than any place I've stayed in before. The family were incredibly warm and accommodating. I would recommend wholeheartedly.

It was easy to find Shana. Host lady told me that she had a problem with electricity and took me to her sister's house called Bimal Villa which was 2 minutes walking distance.
