The location is perfect. Less than 5 minutes walk from the train station and the beach. Great WiFi connection. Lots of shops and restaurants options around. The owner is very nice and helpful. He is not staying at the property but always available when needed.

Best stay in Sri Lanka! We really enjoyed our week with them. Perfect location - very quiet and easily walkable, but also quick tuk ride if needed. Kitchen is a big bonus and very well organized and maintained. Makes you feel safe and feel like home.

This is a very clean and welcoming property. The hosts were always sweeping the floor and tending to the garden. This is a simple place with a great working bathroom. We only stayed one night as we were passing through but it was very comfortable, good internet and a garden with seating to chill at night. It’s near the train line so you do hear the trains but this didn’t impact our stay or sleep at all. Short walk to beach and restaurants (which were very catered towards the Russian tourists).

We felt at home from the first minute. Chami and his whole team show exceptional hospitality and always give their best to make sure that their guests feel comfortable. The place is simple and close to nature, yet you have every comfort needed. They take a lot of care of this unique place. The best thing however was the food. The first night we didn't feel like going out and tried the curries and Kottu. After that we never went to another place in Hikkaduwa ;) We even had the possibility to help prepare our own dinner and learn how the cook works her magic :) The Sri Lankan breakfast was amazing and we discovered something new every day. We'll definitely come back!

A beautiful property in quiet surroundings, serving delicious food with warmth. We loved our spacious rooms, comfortable beds and roofless showers. The vast beach is a 10 min walk away, and the train station, 5 min. Will definitely return again and stay longer!

Absolutely amazing place to stay. We have been 5 days and our stay could not be better. Comfort room with air condition, balcony with garden view (once we saw monkeys on the trees 😊). Staff were very kind and polite, always with a smile on their faces! Breakfast was very good with fresh fruit and juice, we have tried a srilankan delicious breakfast one day as well! The owner was very helpful, he explained us the area and give us recomendations and tips for the area. Not very far from Turtle beach where we saw turtles every day. Close to the bars and restorans.

This is a fabulous family run hotel with great staff giving a superb friendly service. The rooms were well equipped and very clean. The hotel is located right on the beautiful beach in a quieter part but very close to all the bars and restaurants. Within 200 meters of the hotel we found turtles who came right into the shore to feed - amazing!. The breakfast and meals at the hotel were excellent and well priced. We would stay again and highly recommend.
