We really liked the stay. It was end of season and not busy. The room (No. 12) was clean, power outlets near the beds. Even the switch for the fan. Mosquito net in front of the bathroom window. Nice balcony. Very friendly and welcoming host. Offered us a different room, due to a loud party in the neighbourhood. Can't tell about breakfast, since it was not included. Best stay so far in Sri Lanka.

Fantastic location in the center of Hikkaduwa but in a quite place. Very close to Hikkaduwa beach ,railway and bus stations,shops,restaurants-only few minutes by foot. The guesthouse is exceptional -beautiful garden with flowers and nice open air sitting place at the quite side street -beautifull interior of the house with small patio,sitting area,big table with chairs,aquarium with fish,big refrigerator. -big,very good full kitchen with all utensils you can need to cook. -nice rooms with mosquito net,fan/ventilator -good,big toilet with cold/WARM water !!! /common or private/ -very competitive price ! And the most important-fantastic,nice HOSTS !!! You will feel like a person visiting his family members,not as a regular tourist at a guesthouse.

All the staff were super welcoming. As a female traveling alone I felt very safe here. The room had everything I needed with a little fridge and the balcony. It is very central to both beaches and all the shops. They offer a local breakfast which I highly recommend trying!

Don't think even for a second, just book!! Where to start? We loved everything!! Staff is wonderful and so is the host. Pool is AMAZING, big, deeper, clean, perfect. Breakfast is amazing, rich and nutritious and healthy and yummy, just what you need to start your day. Ladies making the lunch are the sweetest women ever! Rooms are spacious, clean, modern, bed is so comfortable, nice views from big balcony and the shower is great, water pressure good and warm water available. Mosquito net over the bed. AC is working very good, not noisy, but there is also fan if you prefer it. Location is very good, it may seem it is hidden but just 5 minute walk and you are on the main road with everything close (ATM commercial, restaurants, markets, etc.). This is truly our favourite stay in Sri Lanka by now, we love it so much and want to return as soon as we get to Sri Lanka again. Thank you so much for making big effort in cleaning and breakfast and customer care. We will recommend to everyone!!! P.S. if you need laundry washed and dried, you can also do it at the villa, very well job done and for a fair price. Thank you!! Hearts from Croatia ❤️
