This place is 100% recommended and exceeded all our expectations. At first, we were a bit skeptical because there were no reviews, but then we understood why: we were among the first guests! We were fortunate to enjoy this wonderful hotel, where everything is brand new. The rooms are spacious and bright, with new furniture and comfortable beds. The bathroom is in perfect condition—clean, with two towels per guest (which, after traveling for a month around the country, was the first time we encountered this level of service in this category of accommodations). The air conditioning works perfectly and is silent, which is highly appreciated. The location is excellent, surrounded by palm trees and greenery. Even it’s close to the main road, the rooms are quite and silent. Moreover, the family who runs the hotel is incredibly kind and attentive. They made sure to take care of us throughout our stay, even preparing excellent breakfasts and fresh juices for us, free of charge as a courtesy. The value for money is undoubtedly a 10/10 and even quite affordable given the high quality of the accommodations. We will definitely miss this place for its top- quality, hospitality, and fair prices.

This charming hotel, with only three rooms, offers a wonderfully relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. It is located right on the beach, perfect for long walks where you might even spot a turtle. The staff are incredibly kind and always willing to help, making the stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious, served with a beautiful view of the ocean. The property is spotless and tastefully decorated. A special mention goes to Jeremy and Julie’s clothing line – a visit to their lovely boutique is an absolute must!

The room was nice and the staff was welcoming. I was working from there, and when I asked for a better Internet connection they arranged a fiber connection for me. We got to rent a motorcycle from the host as well. Also they are knowledgeable about the surroundings and gave good advice on destinations! Also, the breakfast was 100% worth it! I stayed here for 11 days, recommend 👌

Indunil Home stay is extremely nice place. its not too far from the famous Hiriketiya beach. The hotel is on the land side and its a nice walk to the beach under the lush greenary. Hirikeiya is a hidden gem in srilanka with a beatifull blue beach. you can surf or sun bath at the beach. there is also many pubs a resturents around if you want to eat and drink. the rooms are clean and tidy and the host is very welcoming and helpful . The price point is the best around that area for the service provided. I been in many places around the country, I think this place goes to the top of all the place I have visited. if you want to experience the real srilankan hospitality and food dont mind in staying a short walk away from beach , this is the place to stay in , Be open minded, as most of the hotels a,long the beaches charge two three times more , you experience the same confort may be more staying this place and you almost at the beach
