Exceptional and unique. Service and cleanliness was impeccable. The room itself is very spacious, and at a comfortable temperature despite the heat outside. Piyanth, our host, was friendly and accomodating. Highly recommended - the sort of experience you will not find in any hotel or resort. Beautiful design, very helpful employees with smile on their face all the time. Good location that is close to city and has silence. Amazing room. Our stay was perfect! It was our first day in Sri Lanka and we arrived already early in the morning, but they went the extra mile in providing a room immediately - after a welcome drink - so we could recover from an overnight flight. It’s a wonderful house. I didn’t realize it was a home stay, but was very grateful it was for my list night in Sri Lanka. When I walked in, music was playing and the water sounds coming from the indoor garden’s pond immediately made me feel like I had stepped out of the busy city and into an oasis. Relaxing house with lots of nooks and crannies, areas to curl up and read a book. I wish I had spent another night.
