This place is paradise. Only a few bungalows, that are beautiful and super confortable. We loved the outdoor bathroom. The overall place is amazing with a huge swimming pool, a beautiful garden in the middle of the mangroves. Many birds and animals to see. The food was very good, and the whole family is super welcoming. We also recommend the boat tour they propose.

We really enjoyed our stay at colonial house.The owner and his family are extremely friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we need.They made us feel very comfortable and at home.The location is great, especially because the beach is just a short walk away. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a large bed.This was a lovely place in Ambalangoda. It was a peaceful and relaxing place to stay.

Lovely new place in town overlooking the harbour with lots colourful fishing boats and the ice factory where I given a round tour right on my arrival - very interesting and entertaining. The charming manager of the place is extremely kind and service minded. We went shopping at fish and vegetable markets. Cooked lovely seafood dishes together and washed it down with the Sri Lankan Lion beers while having interesting conversations almost till midnight.
