This place is paradise. Only a few bungalows, that are beautiful and super confortable. We loved the outdoor bathroom. The overall place is amazing with a huge swimming pool, a beautiful garden in the middle of the mangroves. Many birds and animals to see. The food was very good, and the whole family is super welcoming. We also recommend the boat tour they propose.

We were the very first guests to stay at this newly opened hotel, and everything was absolutely perfect! The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. The bathroom is large and well-equipped with modern facilities. One of the best features of this hotel is the stunning rooftop — it offers an incredible view of the beach and the sunset. The location is also ideal, with many restaurants, cafés, sightseeing spots, and Galle city all nearby and easy to reach. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. A special thanks to the owner, Ranju, who made our stay comfortable and truly memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay near the beach.

This was a perfect calming experience. The cottage was comfortable and super clean. And the most valuable was the kindness and hospitability of the family, who host us. All the members of the family were opened to all our questions and were explaining about all plants, that are growing in their lovely garden.The garden is full of Ayurvedic plants and the housekeeper cooked us a delicious dinner using Ayurvedic plants and local ingridients.They offered us free transportation to turtle centre near by and explained about best local tours. We appreciate the whole experience and we were sorry we did not plan another day at this hospitable place.

I had a wonderful stay at Goalie Beachfront Resort. It's a beautiful luxury resort with stunning views in every direction. What truly amazed me was how seamlessly it blends with its surroundings—offering breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean from the private front balcony, and serene views of the wetlands from the back balcony. One of my favorite moments was enjoying the delicious breakfast from the in-house restaurant while watching the sunrise over the wetlands. The food was absolutely delicious. The resort also features a tropical garden with coconut trees private swimming pool with a jacuzzi, where I spent some relaxing time sunbathing and unwinding. The staff were incredibly friendly and always available whenever I needed assistance. The resort is located near to Hikkaduwa town. There are many things to do around this area like snorkelling, turtle farm, river safari etc. Since it’s close to the main road, getting around is easy—whether by public transport or tuk-tuk. The staff even arranged our airport transfer at a very reasonable price. You can rent a scooter from here as well. I will definitely be coming back to this amazing place next year!
