It was in the midst of greenery and beauty. But a little far from the beach but with a tuk tuk which the hotel arranged just five minutes. It was one of the most relaxing and best holidays ever. Teh swimming pool was clean rooms and bathrooms were also very clean. We were given something for the mosquitos in the room for the night. It was a eco friendly and sustainable kind of villa. Expect to bring your own toiletries since what they give is basic and which is totally fine. There were wonderful cute cats and kittens which added to the charm of the place. Breakfast was basic but again that's ok since we wanted to go explore other places for lunch and dinner so it's good to keep it light. Fruits were very fresh clean and good. Sankar and the night guard made us feel safe and helpful with all requests. Just loved the stay a bit too much that I am now missing it terribly.

The host was very helpful and flexible with everything. The room with AC exceeded my expectations! The room without AC had a fan which was very nice. I stayed several nights and that’s the reason to that I stayed in different rooms. Overall my experience was very good and would come back!

My stay here was amazing. I loved how the guest house has been designed and is very modern. There is an area outside where you can do yoga, a lounge area and a cute little cafe. There are areas outside to sit and relax. Tara the manager was lovely and she was so friendly and greeted me on arrival along with Salty, the owners little puppy. She was so adorable, well behaved and loving. If you are afraid of dogs you have no reason to with her! The place is a little out of the way which means it's very quiet and only a 10 minute tuk tuk ride to the beach and shops. Definitely worth a stay if you are in Ahangama!

The house is so well kept, the room is so nice and clean with the most comfortable bad and perfectly working AC, in a perfect location right next to Ahangahma town and all the beaches. Mathind and his family are so nice. Every morning I had a lovely tee served by Mathind (the house owner) and a nice chat about Sri Lankan culture and my whereabouts. Mathind has helot me out with everything I needed, scooter rent, transportation and local food recommendations. This stay was truly lovely and if you want to enjoy beautiful Sri Lanka and get to know a lively Familiy this is the percent stay. Highly recommend!!!!

Awesome location - if you like to be in the center of a beach Town, with Access to all the cafes, shops and right AT the beach - this is the best. Still, pretty quiet, you hear no main street noise! The owner is very nice, always happy to help (e.g.brought us umbrella when it started raining heavily) and manages the property in a relaxed and efficient manner.
