The owner was like an angel. Breakfast was very tasty and rooms were very very clean and comfortable. They have got sauna and very beautyfull view for the mountains.

We loved the welcoming family that manage the property. They make you fell at home. Although they do not speak in English you can easily communicate with them. The all inclusive formula is just perfect as in the village there is no such an offer in terms of restaurant. Highly recommend

The house was very modern and well designed. It offered lovely views and was equipped with all the necessary items. A small terrace served as a perfect spot for star gazing and admiring wild nature. The place was very quiet and secluded and at the same time you could reach the main street with shops and restaurants within a 10 min walk. Great location to discover the area. Very friendly and welcoming hosts. Staying here was a truly unique experience, would love to come back one day.

It has really beautiful views and located so close to the mountains. The room is spacious and has all the amenities that we need. The manager is nice and friendly. Even the people at the Taj restaurant were very kind and helpful.

Despite its rustic appeal, the homestay was equipped with modern amenities such as Wi-Fi, hot showers, and heating, ensuring a comfortable stay. The hosts at Aisha Homestay were incredibly welcoming and treated us like family. Their genuine kindness and attentiveness made our stay memorable. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, from delicious home-cooked meals to insightful tips on local attractions and activities. The meals, prepared with fresh, locally-sourced ingredients, were a delightful journey into Kazakh cuisine, featuring dishes such as beshbarmak, manty, and baursaks.

The serene landscape and charming village make it the perfect spot to relax, recharge, and connect with nature. From the moment I arrived, the family welcomed me with open arms and genuine kindness. Their warmth and hospitality are truly exceptional — from the very first step into the house until the moment I left, I felt cared for and at home. They treat their guests like family, and their thoughtful protocols ensured a safe and comfortable visit. The homemade meals at Kausar House were unforgettable. Every breakfast and dinner was prepared with love and care, bursting with authentic flavors that made each bite a delight. It’s clear that food is a labor of love here, and I felt so fortunate to enjoy such delicious, heartfelt cooking. What truly made my stay special was the family’s incredible support. They went out of their way to help me plan visits to the nearby lakes, sharing invaluable tips and making sure I had the best experience possible. A special mention to little Kausar — her kindness, helpfulness, and bright spirit added so much joy to my visit. I also loved the chance to meet their friendly dogs and sheep, which added to the authentic countryside experience and made my short stay even more memorable. Although I was only there for two days, it felt like a home away from home, and I’m already looking forward to returning and staying longer next time. Kausar House is not just a place to stay — it’s a heartfelt experience filled with warmth, beauty, and genuine human connection. Nice guesthouse run by an incredibly nice and welcoming family! Located in a small village not far from Saty, it is nice and quiet and possible to walk up on the nearby hills to watch the sunset. Meals were also delicious, and although they didn’t speak perfect English, they were very nice and were able to make conversation using translators:)

The best thing about this place is that once you open the door, you will be surprised by the extremely beautiful mountain and river view.
