The host was very accommodating. Helped me find a salon to get my beard trimmed, helped me understand the metro system in Almaty and even allowed me to keep my bags at the reception at no extra cost as my train to Taraz was late at night. The room was spacious and clean and had all facilities one could require.

This was a fantastic stay. The room was large, clean, comfortable, and quiet. It was also wonderful to have real hardwood floors, as the vinyl floors that are popular these days in other places give me headaches.
