Very happy with our stay here. The owner, James, is a super nice guy and gave us some excellent suggestions for things to do while in Sokcho. The room was clean and comfortable, plus the property is in a convenient location (short walk to the bridge, lake, beach, bus stop etc.).

Simple room with a private bathroom. Everything was clean and functional. Breakfast is included. The landlady is VERY kind and gives good recommendations to travelers for activities and hiking in Seoraksan park. She even drove me to the Cheoksan Hot springs ! There is an outside terrace with the river running nearby. You can find restaurants and convenience stores close by.

It is a clean and quiet location in a rural area. I used it to arrive early at Baekdamsa Temple. I think it is best suited for families with a car.

Nice location in the forest. Our window had a very beautiful view to the woods. The pools of water looked really nice in the evening.

The property is clean, cozy, in a great location, and a very good value for the price, but these things can be said about a lot of places. What makes this one truly exceptional is Judith, the host, who treats each guest as if they were a family member. I thoroughly enjoyed my short stay in Sokcho and I can’t recommend it highly enough.
