I had an amazing stay. The traditional, Japanese rooms are incredibly nice. It vibrates a zen atmosphere and is simply lovely. Moreover, there are free bicycles and stand up paddles available as well as a fully equipped kitchen. Even though the host was (mostly) not on site, he was very kind and extremely responsive via booking. I would definitely come again. Highly recommended!

It's near the bus station, close to the lake, and the house was really clean. The check-in process was easy, and the host was very kind. It's the best option if you're looking to catch the sunrise with a view of Mt. Fuji, the lake, and swans. Unforgettable memory, wish I can come back again ^^

Best place we stayed in entire Japan! The place is way more beautiful than seen in the pictures. Super clean, very spacious, well equipped. We even reserved the sauna and outside hottub (requires additional payment but totally worht it), and that was perfect too! We're sorry we couldn't stay longer, we didn't want to go outside or leave the cabin our entire stay.

Location's a bit far away from downtown, so you have to be careful of bus times. Aside from that, this place is really close to the bus stop. The lake is really comfortable for a morning stroll and the view of Fuji stunning. If you want to live an Ryokan-like experience this is an excelent accomodation. Host is welcoming, kind and warm, totally reccomended, would book again if the time were to come.

The owner was very kind and helpful, a really nice man. The rooms were very clean, and the shared bathrooms were spotless as well. I’m usually hesitant about shared bathrooms, but in this case, it was great. The kitchen was well equipped, and you can use the shared space, including a large kitchen area. The location is very peaceful, just a short walk from the bus stop. We decided to rent a car for our trips, which turned out to be a great choice. Buses do run, but for our needs, the car was much more convenient. Right next door, there’s an open convenience store; a bit further, you’ll find a supermarket, some restaurants (though they’re not always open), a lake, and even a view of Mt. Fuji – as long as it’s not hidden behind the clouds.

Breakfast was provided every morning at at 7:30 8 o’clock and 830 it was a mix of Japanese and western foods. The Hot Springs were open from 7 to 9 in the morning and 7 to 11 at night. The owners were very kind and picked us up from the station on our first night and drove us to different places on many separate occasions. The rooms are fine and very spacious with Japanese and western styles available.
