We loved everything about this delightful guesthouse in beautiful Takayama, especially the wonderfully charming host, Hiromi, and her lovely husband Aki and gorgeous friendly dog Cocoa. We were treated to delicious, abundant breakfasts each morning, and Hiromi was informative, engaging and very helpful. The perfect host. The location is great and the house is spacious and very well appointed. We were the first Australian family to stay at the property and we will definitely be letting all our friends know they should stay there too!

I loved this place! On top of a hill and with beautiful Japanese decorations. I loved the Tatami mats in the room and the spacious kitchen/community area. The host is fantastic. I felt very comfortable and safe.
