Octavio was a great host. He welcomed us with a drink while we checked in, after which he showed us around the Ninja House. A very nice and authentic Japanese style house. Our room must have a really good vibe/energy, as we had one of the best sleep of our trip :D Octavio looked after us and our needs during our stay. We even got a light breakfast with coffee in the morning (which was a pleasant surprise).

I would say that this was our favorite place of all in 14 days we travelling in Japan. It was like coming home. My sons agree. We needed 8 minutes of walk from train station. We were being late since we missed a train in Koyasan, but owners waited for us. They are really warm and friendly. We got really great advice for restaurants. Room was nice and comfortable and clean. There is a bath, not just shower and also a washing machine. To the center it is only a short walk. We book a place with breakfast option and I really recommend it! Cucumbers and tomatoes were grown by owners! And food was delicious! They are such a nice team!!!

Amazing location between the bus station/train station and the old town, close to lots of restaurant options. Incredibly clean (the shower absolutely sparkled!) and spacious for two people. Sleeping in the loft was quite warm in July, even with the AC on, but that is no fault of the property, just something to note. We really appreciated having a washer/dryer! Detergent was already preloaded in the machine, so we didn’t need our own.

The location of the hostel is pretty close to the station and very convenient. In the lobby, they offer warm Japanese tea for free. And the public area is also comfortable and can communicate with other travelers if you want. The room and bed are clean and warm, with tatami usage and traditional Japanese style. It is a special experience. The hostel owener is also friendly, and kind to offer detailed tourism information for the traveler. Wonderful accommodation memory! :)
